Allergies & Central Sensitivity

Central Sensitivity Symptoms:

Burning sensation in eyes, pressure headache on top of the head, eye twitching, watery eyes, blurred vision.

Solutions:

This may be a severe allergic reaction. This may be the result of a new allergy or due to adding something new to your environment that is triggering an allergic reaction. Check any new clothing, bedding, and pillows for fillers containing feathers, fleece, wool, and other animal-based textile fibers. Stop using any type of product with added fragrances such as perfumes, air fresheners, household cleaners, etc. Wait 4 days. If you feel better, slowly start re-introducing the suspected items 1 per day, until you can identify the trigger.
